Solved 100% Disk Usage Issue - Can't solve it

Hello eightforums!

So this issue I've had for quite some time now, and I can't seem to find a fix for it. It's the 100% disk usage issue. Well, it's not constant 100%, but goes up to 100% and screen freezes for one minute. If I try to play my favorite computer games, it will go up. My computer has never acted like this, and I'm panicking. I don't know what to do, I payed roughly 1600USD for this gaming pc.

Here's some specs:
Intel Core i5-4670k 3.4GHz (I think I overclocked, not sure though.)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770
200GB SSD Harddrive
16GB Ram
Windows 10
(Ask me if you need more specs!)

I've posted on many forums, and none of the fixes had worked.

Here's a list of what I've tried, to solve it:
Disable superfetch
Disable prefetch
Disable BITS
Disable Windows Search
Changing the sidepage memory thing
Upgrading from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10
Resetting my whole pc, doing a CLEAN install of Windows
Virus scanning with Windows Defender
Installing Avast to turn off Windows Defender
Enabling Quota, for settings a max percentage for disk usage.
(Can't remember more)

I've heard that this problem happens usually to working computers, and my computer is definetly NOT a working computer, but a high end gaming PC. I don't know what I'm gonna do. I wrote to the company of what they thought I could do, but little of their knowledge, they didn't know what I was talking about. Is my HDD corrupt or what?

Please help me fix this.

Thanks in advanced!!

Which SSd do you have.?
Checked for new drivers, update firmware.
Could be a faulty satacable, if you have a spare one try to change the cable.

What man?? put a pic up of your task manager.. if you need to know how to put a pic let us know....

also completely disconnect from the internet and turn off Windows defender.. that sometimes scans like crazy in the background and could be it.. sometimes you have to reinstall windows defender.. or are you using MSE?

My SSD is a "Crucial_CT240M500SSD1". And it says on the "Device Manager" that the driver date is "21-06-2006" but when I search in the "Device Manager" after updates, it says it's updated. How do I update my firmware??, yea I have an extra cable, I'll try it. I'm not sure how to update my firmware..

It's also weird. A few months ago, I tried to install a new HDD to my machine. Twice. After that it started to act like this. I touched my SSD a couple of times because it was dusty. Maybe I touched some cables :/

Also, my CPU goes up pretty high too, sometimes at 100%, but usually it's in the 0-50%. I'll give you a screenshot of my Task Manager, like yours. But atm, I'm in school.
