still have memory leaks in windows 8.1 after disabling NDU

i disabled the NDU thing as some other people have suggested however it only fixed my issue temporally recently my pc has been telling it doesnt have enuf memory to run games so it shuts the programs down..this is very annoying when your trying to play a game and windows keeps closing your game

Well maybe you've already done this but start opening up the monitors and looking when it starts and take note of what you are doing when you start seeing the memory going sky high.. is it after you open a game? or just regular internet browsing.. etc..

also ensure you've really disabled the NDU in the registry.. etc..
