Does windows 10 work well on a laptop with a intel celeron N2830 processor?

Windows 10 will run just as well as Windows 8.1, if not better. The upgrade process will probably take longer than it would on the Intel i3, i5, etc., CPUs...

I'm running it very well with a B960 Pentium.
