I recently downgraded from windows 10 to windows 8 as my laptop hated to boot when windows 10 was installed. In windows 10 I could put my laptop to sleep and wake it up just fine. However, in windows 8.1, I can no longer do that. When I try to wake it up, it instantly shuts down. It tries to restart, but cannot. It lights up for a second or two then shuts off completely. I had originally posted this in a different section but got nowhere. Can you guys help?
