System restore

I used a skinpack (I downloaded from skinpacks.com), I uninstall it.
After that I restart PC, the screen is just black (the starting is OK).

I used ''System restore'' in my other PC, it went back to normal (because I remember password).
On my other PC I can't remember my password and hint can't show , I only remember pin
No reset disk, USB or system image

I don't want to delete any of my files (I don't want to reinstall Windows)

I assume your account is a microsoft account?
If it is, you could online reset your password and create a new password.
With the new password you should be able to log back in.
