When you delete a shortcut you only delete the shorter way to the place where you want to be, you don't remove the files.

What exactly do you mean with 'runs also the ddl32'?

Please make a screenshot of your taskmanager with the command line active
Right click in the headers (name, status, CPU etc.) and choose command line.
