It happened for a while and I couldn't find a fix, basically sometimes my laptop just hangs when I just got into desktop, attempted to shut down or restarted or when I attempted to use it after being left idle for a while. When it happens the screen just stuck, mouse and keyboard doesn't work, and my fan was on almost maximum after a while of the hang (presume high cpu load?) I tried sfc /scannow and dism but no luck.
