    accidentally Renamed or Deleted CMD ''can't find the path

    Hello everyone!

    My name is Sam i'm from The Netherlands IT student.

    i'm having the following errors with CMD specific. i was messing around With some command line when suddenly, after an reboot. My cmd wont boot from the pinned start menu. it says the shortcut ''CMD the item that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved. No worries i taught i tried to launch by Run then suddenly the error ''couldn't find the file CMD it has been moved or changed'' it seems like i entirely deleted or renamed from Windows... Powershell regedit and run works normally. I also looked in windows start and the pictograph of cmd is still there however when i try to launch it nothing happens

    Things i tried:
    System restore it didn't worked got some errors or no changes.
    Refresh windows 8.1 i(t says my SSD is locked?!)
    Tried to find CMD manually (couldn't find it only a few ddl.)
    in the attachment you will find some printscreen's of the error they are in dutch but i hope my problem is clear.
    could someone tell me at a grade of 1 until 10 how screwed i'm?

    Thanks for reading this anyway!!

    Is the file C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe there or not. If not copy it from C:\Windows\SysWOW64.
    You can do this from This PC.

    If it is there, via This PC, navigate to it then Open it and see if it works. If yes then the path environment variable may be messed up. Enter path from the command prompt and see what it shows.

    Should have at least these:

    C:\WINDOWS\system32;
    C:\WINDOWS;
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\Wbem;
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\;
