Try to use these commands in this order, it might take a while, quite a while:

Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
sfc /scannow
Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc /scannow
Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase

It didn't work. When I did the 1st [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif]sfc /scannow it said "Windows resource Protection could not perform the requested operation.". And the rest of what you gave me didn't work.

Try opening an admin command prompt and copy & paste Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup&sfc/scannow&Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth&sfc/scannow&pause and let it run through then reboot and run it a second time to see if errors were fixed then post a screenshot.

I had the same problem with my windows 8.1 pro system. Something was corrupt in my WinSxS folder.

Since I had a Windows 8.1 pro vm also (I always apply new updates here first before my main system), I copied the WinSxS from there to another drive on my main system having problems, and ran this command,

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:H\WinSxs /LimitAccess

This was able to fix my problem, repairs competed, now both sfc /scannow and Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth come up clean.
