Just use Windows own Disk Cleanup to the full, it will get rid of most large files not needed.

System volume files is hidden folder and holds system restore points. Right click start button select System, when open select System Protection. Mattering to how many drives have on system and to the right of each drive it says On. Select Main C: Drive first then select configure, for now just see how much space is listed rather then deleting all your restore points yet. Go to any of other drives you may have in the same way.
