Hello, I've been having an on-going problem with My CPU usage spiking up to 55-100% while just browsing the internet and up to around 80ish while just leaving task manager closed and opening it up to notice it was around 80ish before dropping back down.. it's very noticeable when it happens.. especially while gaming.. i get a noticeable frame rate drop and I've tried everything out of the book to solve it.
I've disabled Hyper V completely as I heard it could caused issues along with changing my power settings to high performance.. made little to no difference at all.. unparking my cores didn't really make a different either or turning off hyper threading..
I will attach my temps and processes while just browsing and while gaming to see the differences.. both ways My CPU usage is extremely high but my temps are normal.
Thank You.
