Solved Disabling Startup Programs and Processes through Ccleaner

Hi, someone over at sevenforums helped me speed up my startup time by disabling startup programs and processes through Ccleaner. Can someone help me do this on my Windows 8.1 desktop? I have the text log saved to my desktop.

Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You want to keep the ones in bold red below.

As for the rest of them, it's safe to disable all of them if you like, but it really depends on what you want and don't want to have running. You can always enable any one of them again if it turns out that you did need or want it though. :)
