I want to thank all for trying to help.

Microsoft created Windows & the dism commands.
Dism will break & not download needed files from Windows Update.

    Microsoft needs to fix it.
They have plenty of code writers.
    {Some not as good as others it seems. }

Let's try to do everything from the Admin command prompt and from desktop. Please look at the screen shot:

    1. Create a folder mount on your desktop
    2. Copy Install.wim to your desktop
    3. Copy and paste this line to the command prompt and run:
      Dism /mount-wim /wimFile:%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\install.wim /index:1 /MountDir:%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\mount
    4. Copy and paste this line to the command prompt and run:
      Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
    5. Copy and paste this line to the command prompt and run:
      Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\mount\windows /LimitAccess
    6. Finally, after the components are fixed, copy this line and run:
      Dism /unmount-wim /Mountdir:%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\mount /discard

EDIT: If it does not work then you might have to download the latest version of Windows Installation 8,1 Pro as suggested by Superfly: Create installation media for Windows 8.1 - Windows Help

    I give up.
Enter a drive letter >>>> D or what every is your mounted ISO drive letter..

look at what you entered - C:\mount2\install.wim < that is not a drive letter

the program is looking for the drive letter to your setup media.. It will find the install.wim in the Sources folder of the setup media iso

    Hi David,
OK, we need to create a new install.wim file.
    1. Move Windows.iso to the desktop
    2. Download: 7-Zip Portable | PortableApps.com - Portable software for USB, portable and cloud drives then double click to extract to the desktop, you'll have a folder called: 7-zipPortable, go to the folder and run: 7-ZipPortable.exe . Navigate to the path shown below
    3. Drag install.esd and drop to desktop
    4. Download: WinReducer Wim Converter - WinReducer.net and extract it to the desktop
    5. Run WinReducerWimConverter.exe . If ask to Activate, answer No. Then click OK to all
    6. Click Open then select install.esd , select ESD->WIM then click on Convert as shown below
    7. After done, you'll have an install.wim on desktop
    8. Continue with the steps from post #12.

    Good Luck !!!

After waiting God knows how many hours an install.wim was not created.
Being disgusted, I tried to delete everything.
It said file names too long to be deleted.
I renamed countless file names & finally got everything deleted.
Had to rename because even Forced Uninstall with Revo Uninstaller wouldn't get rid them.

    Contacted Microsoft about fixing dism.
They said they COULD fix it.
They said they wanted BIG MONEY to fix it for me.

I thought this was a C.O.S. & said you will get no money.

They hung up on me. Click image for larger version

David try this to get a wim file:

    Dism.exe /Export-Image /SourceImageFile:C:\Users\David\Desktop\install.esd /SourceIndex:1 /DestinationImageFile:C:\Users\David\Desktop\install.wim /Compress:fast

It may seem to hang at 80% but that's OK...
