    Windows Problem Reporting eating CPU

I have this program called " Windows problem reporting" eating up 60% of my cpu most of the time and at times two of them show up. So i went to start up and disabled it , but once i had restarted my computer and opened up task manager I took this below.

Anyone have any idea how I can fix this? I searched all over the web and nothing, even the microsoft online chat guy could not help me.
