Solved SFC found corrupted files not able to fix

Could someone hold my hand through fixing 2 corrupt files on my new win8.1 laptop?
I have a win 8.1 installation disk that is not the one for this computer.
Corrupt files are:
C:\ProgranData\Microsoft\Diagnonis\DownloadedSettings
telemetry.ASM-WindowsDefault

C:\ProgranData\Microsoft\Diagnonis\DownloadedSettings
utc.app.json
