Write-caching policy incomplete dialog

Hi all,

I was just reading this tutorial about how to improve the performance of my internal hard disks, but when I try to access the Write-caching panel on Devices I can´t see the option to activate. Is it possible I need specific drivers from manufacturer ? ... not sure.
