RestoreHealth ERROR

Please help me,Dism /Image:C:\offline /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows,mount image and i have F,cmd admin,and when finish error,why?
windows 8.1 pro x64 WU 524 kb (KB3022345)-ERROR,why ?
sfc/scannow-ERROR

Try---

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

@David Bailey thanks for reply,I tried but error,offline i have this error " error 2-unable to access the image.why?

With the the cmd prompt in focus you can press Alt+Print Screen keys to just get it & not the whole page.
What I see wrong is---



Other than refreshing or reinstalling your OS, You may try to set the source as Windows Update.
If it is already set as Windows Update, I can't help.
I've never had a failure of sfc or dism.

I am assuming that you have a folder C:\test\mount\Windows existed. If so, do the followings:

1. Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
2. Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows /LimitAccess

NOTE: just open the Admin command prompt and copy & paste each command into it and run.
