Alright some update here, could be a good news or just temporary I don't know. I said above that after booting and run a program the RAM keep increasing (although slowly increase) just after posting that, I tried to run Dota 2 and of course the game is unplayable, so much freeze and longer loading times than usual. So I have to reboot the system and right now (for now) the memory run like usual after I close chrome it back to 44% not staying high like I said before. But I'll do the maintance tonight and see what happen in the morning if this is just a temporary.

I think yes Kasperksy was the top 3 in Task Manager but I disabled it once when I first have this problem but nothing changed still slow, reboot fix it for a moment.

Well I use CleanMem Free to keep RAM at bay.
Not mane people here are fond of it for obvious reasons.

That's because all Memory cleaners do is push the contents of RAM to the pagefile making windows slower. Better is to end processes or process(wait) chains in task manager. Killing a process(wait) chain is good when there is a bottleneck in the system. Pushing things to pagefile mean windows has to access the disk to load the program/file back into memory.

If you have investigated a little, you would know, that Cleanmem does not do that.
I have pagefile/prefetch disabled and I have only 460 MB memory usage after startup.
Cleanmem was originally designed to fix memory leaks in Firefox, but it can do much more.

Never heard of CleanMem, but I may want to give it a try next time. Btw about pagefile I set Windows to manage the pagefile automatically and I have 4GB of pagefile, is that size is too much for pagefile?

CleanMem pushing info to page file

The latest and greatest CleanMem 2.4.3 works buy calling a Windows API. It doesn't change the working set of a processes. It simply asks Windows to do all the work. So Windows does the trimming, the moving and manages everything. This is why there is never any crashes of programs and any performance hit to the system. To put it short CleanMem doesn't work against the Windows memory manager, it works with it.

Of the vast array or the third party memory managers, optimizers, cleaners, etc, CleanMem is one of the least harmful. Most such programs work by allocating some arbitrary amount of memory, modifying it, and then returning it to the system. This typically creates a large amount of free memory which to anyone who doesn't understand what is going on will almost always be seen as a good thing. But that is only the perception, not reality. In reality it is taking memory that is doing something useful or potentially useful and throwing it into unemployment. This might be useful in some unusual a short lived situations but generally it is a case of 1 step forward, 2 steps back.

CleanMem is different. It uses an API that causes the system memory manager to trim application working sets and sends it to the modified and standby memory lists, thus creating more available memory. Memory on the modified list will eventually be written to the pagefile. Data sent to the standby or modified lists can be quickly reclaimed by the original application if it is needed so little real harm is done. The system memory manager does this itself but in a much more controlled way than CleanMem which has a more brutal approach.

The benefits of CleanMem are more cosmetic than real. It produces more available memory which in itself is a good thing. But there is always a price to be paid. CleanMem will cover up the symptoms of a memory problem but without actually solving the problem.

If CleanMem was generally useful it would be built into the OS.

Memory problems can be difficult to diagnose. In this case something more advanced than Task Manager will be needed. Process Explorer would be a good start.

Hello guys, sorry for the late answer, I did a system maintenance last night and I don't know what happen in the morning I saw the screen just blank (when I turn it on) so I reboot and then limiting the pagefile to 2GB. I think it's getting better now, could it be just a delayed maintenance that keep on memory or the pagefile too much (4GB but never had a problem with this setting before).

Btw thanks you for all the help I really appreciate it. Oh yeah do you guys think this RAM module is good for my laptop? Corsair Memory

A larger than necessary pagefile will cause not cause higher memory usage or any other problems. The only downside is wasting what is usually an insignificant amount of disk space.

I'm glad it was just that Maintenance was the problem. The task manager (which maintenance is programmed through) can be pushy sometimes.
As for RAM, for me the manufacturer doesn't matter(ok a little) but it should match what you already have by Type, Size, Frequency and Channel.
