    Yes, 4 is Disabled, 3 is Manual and 2 is Automatic startup.

    Thanks, I assume that since the value is currently set to 3 as mentioned, I can manually enable/disable using services.msc

Solved WinStore app on startup disable in Software and Apps
Hi, i want to turn off WinStore on startup, but in startup program does not show. Fix with registry does not work. I have Windows 8.1.
I found the sequence to uninstall the driver, and it told me that was done. The touchpad still is dysfunctional, interrupting typing. fn+f7 doesn't work either. TY
