Optimisation of Hidden Partitions

I've been reviewing how the 'Optimise Drives' function handles hidden partitions on my Dell Laptop (Windows 8.1 x64) and my home built Desktop PC (Windows 8.1 pro x64). I enclose screenshots of the partitions on my Laptop & Desktop PC system drives and how the drives appear under the Optimise Drives function. I also enclose a summary of the partitions on each PC.

The Desktop PC was configured by myself for UEFI boot using the instructions on this Forum. The Dell Laptop operates in UEFI mode but was configured by Dell. I'm surprised the Dell Laptop has 8 partitions (one is unused and 2 are Dell OEM partitions), some of which differ in size from the 'standard partitions installed on the Desktop PC. Is this configuration normal for a Laptop?

I noticed that only the main system Laptop drive C: appears as an option in the Optimise Drives window whereas 2 of the hidden partitions of the Desktop PC appear in the Optimise Drives window. Should I be seeing more hidden Laptop partitions in the Optimise Drives window, and, if so, how do I enable this?

Don't, there's nothing that's changing or reading from those partitions all the time, absolutely no need to touch.
