Solved Windows 8.1 Is Not Sleeping

I have tried several commands in the command prompt, but I don't know if I am doing it right or not. The problem has to do with a driver running that says srvnet in the Command Prompt. What command prompt shall I enter to resolve this issue?

Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network and Sharing Center\Advanced sharing settings
Expand All Networks and under media streaming, choose media streaming options and Block All.
