Very Slow Shut Down and Startup (Only on Fresh Boot)

Hi,

I read many questions on stackoverflow and this thread , but my problem is still not resolved.

My computer starts in less time when I restart the computer, but when I shut it down, it takes about 10 minutes, and then same goes for Starting the PC (after Shut-Down).

My computer specs are:

Everything was fine, until I installed Visual Studio 2013, Adobe Flash CC, Photoshop CCm Dreamweaver CC and Adobe Adobe AIR.
I don't know what is the exact problem.

I have disabled all unwanted apps at startup and disabled AMD-V technology as well now, but still problem remains same.

I tried uninstalling the Adobe AIR, but can't uninstall other programs as they are part of my (developer) life. No success yet.

Can anybody help me resolve this?

When you restart, using a PC with Win8x, it actually uses a new form of Hibernation -- even if you disable FastStartup.

When you do Shutdown, if FastStartup is disabled, then when you later reboot, it was NOT hibernated and that will naturally take a lot longer to get to a desktop. If FastStartup is not disabled, then Shutdown and Restart should take the same amount of time to reboot.

I tried disabling and re-enabling the fast boot and MSI fast boot. but the problem is same - 5 minutes to shut-down and 3 minutes to start-up

You misread my message. It's not "fast boot"; it's "FastStartup". They are two different things.
