Concatenate / Flatten Folder Tree

Hi everyone,

I don't think this has been address before.

I am trying to reorganise by Photos which are present organised in a Folder Structure thus: Year\Month\Day\Filename.jpg

I would like to flatten this structure into one folder for each tree thus: Year-Month-Day\Filename.jpg

Any suggestions how to do this easily?
