Solved system restore?

i have run the command Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
but my system restore runs but wont run successfully
i ran malwares says clean
what can i do?

What's the full error message you are getting from system restore?

no i am doing it now

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

Have you tested system restore afterwards yet to see if you get an error message still?

no i will overnight,on an unrelated issue has anyone found a solution to 8.1 constanly buffering -the little blue circle i get whenever i try to open any program,i have updated my drivers deleted temp files ect no virus & everything else is clean?

You could see if troubleshooting with a clean boot may help to reveal a culprit.

Are you using any third party AV ? If so turn AV protection off while doing system restore.

The 0x80070780 error is a file cannot be accessed message.

In this case, it looks like your $Recycle.Bin file for your C: drive Recycle Bin may be corrupted. See if doing this below to repair it may allow the system restore to be successful afterwards.
