Windows 8.1 and tray icons question please!

Hi and good day all of you!!!
    I have x58 motherboard 16gb memory i7 960 and r9 280x gpu -2 ssd's.
    My question is:
After restarting 8.1 boot time of tray icons is slow ,not very slow, but slow- 7sec for 4 icon(one is ccc-ati which delays more)
    I have installed all updates
In windows 7 all tray icons runs very fast in boot.
Can I do something to improve reboot speed of tray icons(more ccc-ati)?
Thank you very much and sorry for my English!!!

Well, I would run CCleaner to clean the junk files and registry. Secondly, I do not know what antivirus you use, but MSE is the best out there in my opinion. Third, check your boot up items by right-clicking on the Task Bar > Click Task Manager > Click the StartUp Tab > and look at the "Start Up Impact" Tab. Use "Snipping Tool" and take a snip of it if you want us to see what's slowing down your computer if you are unsure what stuff is, and we can guide you to what to turn off.

The ONLY way to drastically speed up your PC is to upgrade to a Solid State Drive (SSD) or a Hybrid Hard Drive Disk (SSHD).

He said he's using 2 SSDs already.
Do you mean total reboot time is 7 seconds or after desktop appears it takes 7 seconds for the system tray programs(icons) to load? Other then the windows icons I have 8 programs that load at boot 1. catalyst control center 2. Samsung Magician 3. Bing desktop 4. Lenovo solution center 5. Lenovo HD Audio Manager 6. OneDrive file syncing 7. Logitech setpoint 8. Vodafone mobile broadband USB, and everything is loaded except for the mobile broadband immediately at boot/reboot when the desktop shows after sign-in.
Your ccc ati is just an settings access menu for AMD catalyst and doesn't put a load at boot, you can access ccc with a right click on your desktop too. Go to task manager and under startup tab you can see what has a high impact at boot time.

    Hi again and good day!
After desktop appears it takes 6-7 seconds for the system tray programs(icons) to load.
Now, only ccc-ati delays to load for 4 seconds.Other icons(windows icons -lan-volume-no antivirus yet) loads imedeately!
What can I do to load ccc-ati in tray imideately like in windows 7?
Thank you very much!!!and sorry for my English!
