Computer Suddenly Slow, Random Windows Power Shell crashes

Yesterday, My computer's performance took a nose dive. I ran multiple AV programs which found some PUPs and what looked to be a trojan. I wasn't freaked out because I removed it, but my computer only slightly sped up. I can't use my computer like I normally have and can't game. This is driving me insane. Please Help!!!

Should also check system files, many of those nasties you removed can leave holes in them.
    System Repair
    Run from administrator command prompt.
    First:
    sfc /scannow
    than
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    and than first one again.

Should I post the sfc /scannow log? And it said it found some errors it could not fix.

start googling or on this forum look up dsim.. and start running all the dsim commands.. i think there are 3 you should run.. i can't remember right now but they are definitely out there on google or this forum i'm sure..

run the dsim commands (scanhealth/restore/cleanup etc.. something?)

then try to run sfc /scannow again.. if you don't get any errors next time run it again probably 2 more times..

    then start running hitmanpro

then all the usual , = malewarebytes, windows defender, setup a firewall- windows firewall control binisoft?

and if you had virus etc.. honestly best would be to totally wipe the drive and reinstall windows anyway.. why not just be totally safe..

***edit-- oh god i see you also have a lenovo laptop.. chinese.. of course haha..
