Windows 8.1 apps get minimized there selves instantly afte

Hi guys. I need some help with my Windows 8.1 Core. So whenever I try to launch any app from my start menu (apps installed by the Windows itself too) they just minimize and if I click on them they again minimize. I was updating the Windows and this happened. I have another local account on the PC, child safety account, the apps work with any disturbance and not minimizing like my administrator account. I want instant help guys.

Thats prbelm was caused by an update.
Anyway i had that problem too and am still facing it exactly like you, to fix it you should first try the diagcab from windows wich might help you if ur lucky enough.

I did that already Nothing changed.

I fixed that problem by re-installing windows
