windows getting stopped

when i am using for my lap for three or two hours it getting stop responding . it freaquantly occuring when i tried to open mozila firefox it will not open .i keep trying by clicking on icon on task bar .then windows stucks andstops working .i should off my system to use again. please help to out of this problem.

Maybe try running-

sfc /scannow

and-

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

and-

sfc /scannow again & reboot.

These need to be run in administrator command prompts.
Dism hangs at 20% for a long time.

Maybe be a little more patient clicking the Firefox button over and over you are opening copy after copy of Firefox and loading the system down. Click it once and give it time to open on its own.

it not worked @david bailey
and getting more problem with mozila fire fox .google chrome is not at all opening(when i click on chrome i opens and closes within seconds).please tell me the way for it.:think::think::think:
