    Help PLEASE--loading recovery disc

    My windows 8/Samsung laptop has been down for over a week & I am freaking out. I just rwceived my system recovery disc from Samsung...and it will NOT LOAD. all I get is the Samsumg logo page, and them the usual "there are errors, etc,etc". I can get to the BIOS page, but I NEED this disc to load- it seems this is my only hope. THANKS!

    Thank you SO MUCH. I have looked into Samsung support but will look some more.

    It looks like I somehow need to enable my boot/BIOS screen for DVD. if so, I'm not sure how to do that as of yet. I'll keep plugging.

    Nuccii- THANK YOU- that seems to get me close bit still is not loading. The BIOS options/configurations don't seem to be the same on my screen. I am trying different bios options, but no recovery yet.

    @Goldensword483
    Try disabling Secure Boot and enabling Legacy Boot then you should be able to select the boot option you wish.
