The difference between installed and useable is for "hardware reserved."

I noticed you're missing the power management ACPI driver from Toshiba:

Not Available ACPI\QCI0701\2&DABA3FF&1 The drivers for this device are not installed.

The info is from msinfo32. You can type that in the Start menu, press Enter, then look at Problem Devices in Components section and see for yourself.

The one missing a driver is either in System devices section of the device manager or it's hidden. To see hidden ones >>> View | Show hidden devices.

    Windows does it itself

Pleasecheck and confirm if installed properly the driver name only wont help figure out how to save time search for driver on web and do it within seconds using windows help
By selecting computer and then instead of selecting drive search option below done the trick.

Ya man. The driver has nothing to do with 3.8 GB. The different as I said, is due to "hardware reserved" - In plain English, that mainly means your video adapter is using the difference, and possibly other hardware too.

You have no more problem devices so seems that you did install the driver well.

You can type dxdiag in the start menu, press enter, then go to display tab and make a screenshot.

I can tell you that your video adapter has 1.68 GB RAM.

Is there a way to swap these values? default windows 8 drivers has 256 shared system memory but 0 dedicated video memory but after installing sis mirage 3+ drivers dedicated video memory has gone up to 256mb and shared system memory has gone low to 64mb. Editing sis drivers maybe? but how?
