    Have you tried sfc /scannow & Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth ? {in administrator command prompts}
    Hey Mate!

I tried the sfc /scannow & Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth twice, and this is what it says:-

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some
of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
    supported in offline servicing scenarios.

Do you want me to copy-paste the SFC Details?

    Thanks.
It wouldn't hurt to post the log.
Somebody here does a good job on reading them.

Since you ran them twice & still had corruptions is not a good sign.

Ok. I ran the sfc /scannow & Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth a couple more times and now, it says Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

However, when I run the Apps Troubleshooter, this is what it says:-

Forgive my shortsightedness but have you run the dism command & then the sfc command.

From the picture it seems the component store is corrupted, which dism should fix.

    edit---

Right click this .bat file after downloading it & choose Run as administrator---

Right click it first & choose Properties & Unblock it---

    dism.bat

You can let it run in the background.
Maybe 2 or 3 hours to run it.
    Post back results.
A FULL screenshot of the finished scans would help.

I did it. Still shows those Troubleshooting problems.

BTW, Initially the Windows Store App and PC Settings weren't working but after completing the DISM and SFC SCANNOW, both are working. However, Apps like Calculator and Calendar etc aren't opening.
