run automatic maintenance how to optimize your computer

    Hello,
I schedule my laptop to run the automatic maintenance everyday at 3 a.m. Today, I ran it myself and after it finishes a message in the Action Center recommends me to run it "run automatic maintenance how to optimize your computer".
I also found this message in the Task Schedule : the operator or administrator has refused the request (0x800710E0)

    please, what shall I do?

I'm embarrassed to say that the problem is back after upgrading to windows 8.1.
it doesn't show in the Action Center now, but when I check the TaskScheduler I found the same error message :
the operator or administrator has refused the request (0x800710E0)

" I schedule my laptop to run the automatic maintenance everyday at 3 a.m. " did you create a new task in Task Scheduler for this. If so delete the new task.
