Do I need a graphics card upgrade for this?

l have a 2 year old Dell Inspiriron 580. I have a very large screensaver photo file of at least 2000 images. I don't game at all but if I choose to edit my screensaver it takes a very long time for all the images to load-90 seconds or more. Would a new graphics card help? I don't need tonss of extra power and don't want to have to add a fan or have extra wattage. Thanks.

Maybe more RAM, as your PC is overall pretty weak.

I doubt a graphics card would make any difference. Displaying static images doesn't put many demands on a graphics system.
