Solved How do I generate a System Health Report in Windows 8.1?

Since apparently they removed the Performance and Information Tools section of the Windows 8.1 Control Panel, I haven't been able to find a way to generate a System Health Report.
Anyone got a good guide on how to generate one? Or did they remove the capability of generating one? I know I had one in 8 but I upgraded to 8.1 and nope. No section for it? D:
