Newbie here please Help-System corrupt files cannot be fix

Hi good day to all fellow computer geaks..

Please help Im having a big problem running my SFC/SCANNOW it always says it cant fix the corrupted files on my system it also stops st 51% when scanning in CMD mode... Im not as good in troubleshooting this kinds of things specially in this kind of system stuff. I had read some post that has similar problems but I cant do it in some reasons maybe Im just not use to read a much complex terms like Dism etch hehehe..

Can anyone here post a step-step tutorial on how to fix this kind of problem? if its ok to you guys? I will really appreciate it a the way I already reset my computer in factory reset but the same problems still occurs. I also notice that the problem came when some keyboard keys stops working like letter Q,T,P,U,J,3,-,Right arrow. can anyone help me?? Please please.

    Thank you

    Computer OS: Windows 8

This is what you want - from administrator command prompt:

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Full details here DISM - Fixing Component Store Corruption in Windows 8

That should help with the sfc /scannow issue. Do that first and then we can think about your keyboard which may or may not be related.

I'd suggest you edit your post and remove your e-mail addresses - otherwise they will be picked up by robots and you will get loads of spam. When someone replies it will send you a mail to the address you signed up with anyway

Please do not take offense at this question but it needs to be asked. Do you have a legitimate copy of Windows 8? Did it come with the computer? Is it an upgrade from 7?

Edit: You need to run anti-Virus scan and MalwareBytes.
