Macrium winpe does not also contain the windows system repair tools.

Aomei winpe includes both Aomei recovery program , and windows system repair tools, which you can access via command prompt.

I am not sure what repair tools you are refering to ? Macrium does have the option to run Command Prompt and File Explorer to do the basic repairs provided by WIN PE.

Does the macrium created winpe have windows system recovery options? Not the last time I looked.

    Windows system recovery tools are:

Refresh pc , Reset pc, system restore, startup repair, windows system image restore, etc.

The above are included in Aomei created winpe, you can navigate to recenv via cmd.

I just wanted to do a test in case I ever need to do a restore... I created Macrium Recover USB and booted from that. The System Image I created is a Full Restore (Primary SSD drive, 2 HDDs). It asked me to select a disk to restore to, how do I restore full system image and all disks (Primary SSD, and the 2 HDDs)?

I also installed AOMEI Backupper, but have not created a System Image on that. Would I be able to do a complete system backup (Primary SSD, and my 2 HDDs) through AOMEI and restore all Drives and everything?

To be honest, I've never done what you did before. However, it is not a good idea to backup all your HD's into one single backup image:
    1. Since the restore can only take one destination disk at a time, therefore you have to select the appropriate source to restore
    2. Will take longer to restore since it has to sort out what portion of the backup image to use for restore.
    3. If you make a mistake selecting wrong destination then you have to start it all over again.

Both Macrium and AOMEI are good and free so it is your choice to use whatever.

Those options are very useful. Also, you don't need 2 separate winpe media. Sometimes ( though rare) a restore can go wrong, and a quick go with windows startup repair will be useful.

I put a lot more in my own handmade winpe media.

    Windows recovery options x:\sources\recovery\recenv.exe

Just type it at cmd prompt, or navigate to it with notepad.

I have just remade my win7x64 pe with the newest kernel.

Ok, here is what I did:
I created System Image of Windows Disk and also created bootable USB using AOMEI. Lets say there is nothing on my computer, no OS or anything... Would I still be able to use the bootable USB and then connect and restore the Image that I created on my portable USB HDD (Both bootable USB and USB HDD would be connected)? Also, where is BIOS stored, is that on Windows Disk?
