Solved scanning and repairing errors reboot

Hi, in the process of trying to fix another issue (metro games not working on one profile but working on another) I tried to scan and repair any drive errors, it gets to 58-59% and then the machine just reboots, any idea what could be causing this? Running Windows 8.1 pro 64-bit

not too sure, does not matter now though as it seems the scan had just jumped to the end (installs have done this for me too sometimes), do not worry about it.
