This explains:
I am right clicking the link on Chrome and it is opening the right menu click on the Desktop. Also, pressing Win key + D also minimizes the taskbar along with the windows. Same thing happen when I Right Click the taskbar > Show Desktop and upon clicking the top right corner. The taskbar simply vanishes and I have to do Windows key + D again to get it to show.
In Windows explorer, right click an item doesn't even show a menu. It is invisible and if I click anywhere over where the menu is supposed to be it performs that action - say rename or cut.
I am doing a system refresh right now, but I am curious if this a bug or something else is causing it.
