    System rating is not available

Hi, I have the following problem - from time to time my WEI score just disappears as it shown on the picture

I had this problem since Vista but it also appears on Windows 8.When this problem is present when I check for updates it is not showing the updates - just a blank screen and I cannot see which are the updates.
I don`t know if it is related but estimated usage on my Wifi connection is also not present.
    Thanks for your help!

P.S. I have already deleted the content of WinSAT/DataStore and run the following command Winsat formal -restart clean - the result is shown on the above picture.

Thanks for your suggestion but it didn't work. The WEI score didn't appear as shown on the picture. Any other suggestions?

Sorry, gave you the wrong link. Use option 2 here:

I also have done this after I deleted the content of WinSAT/DataStore. The WEI score is not present yet again.

You can still get the WEI score with the command prompt Winsat formal -restart clean. Not exactly the same but gives some idea. I just did it.

Just the GUI has been removed - the underlying component WinSAT is still there...why? Who knows...perhaps it's still used in the upgrade compatibility thingy....

They removed it from Windows 8.1 but in Windows 8 it is still present and is not working properly - how can I fix it?
