Solved Shortcut for System Restore?

I was able to do it in XP. I created a shortcut to system restore and put it on the Start Menu. So much easier than the way Win8 works. Wondering if there's a way to do the same in 8.1?

You might try on desktop---

Create new shortcut---

rstrui.exe

I put it on the Taskbar too---

That works, but........ it just brings up System Restore so you can restore to an earlier time. What I want to do is to be able to use the shortcut to create a restore point. Actually, in XP with that shortcut you could create a restore point or use a restore point.
