Still waiting for your response brink??????????

Sorry, but I didn't reply since I did not know of anything that would give you a prompt like that. :(

Yep, that option was removed since vista, and i read 10 other threads about this problem, and no one knows about any program or hack, that would do it.

Windows does not have this feature so it would have to be done with third party software. Possibly some future version of Windows will have this feature, but not now. Prior to Vista it was relatively simple for an application to delay or even abort a system shutdown. In the early days Microsoft had a more permissive attitude towards applications trusting that developers would use their powers for good and not evil. They have since learned that this trust was misplaced. Whenever this kind of functionality is exposed to applications you can be sure that some developers will abuse this privilege for purposes that are not yours. And probably got a nice bonus for doing so. I am not talking about malware but popular commercial applications

As of Vista the ability to intercept a shutdown request has been severely limited. I know of none that attempt what you wish.

If you are worried about pressing the button by mistake you could change the option in "Power Options" in Control Panel to "Do nothing" when the power button is pressed.
