Loaded up W8CP on my old laptop to see if I would like it. I think its growing on me but I've encountered something I didn't expect. If I hibernate, it takes around 2 minutes to start up from the time I push the power button. If I actually shut down, the start up is probably less than 30 seconds. I would think that restoring the memory states from an hibernation file would be faster than a full boot up (it is on all of my Windows7 machines). Maybe its just because I don't have 3 years of accumulated program stuff on the clean install of W8?
