Help with File Clean Up of Microsoft Visual

As you can see by looking at the attached photo, in my programs and features, I have a numerous amount of Microsoft Visual C++ distributable packages. I am wondering which ones I can safely remove or if I can remove them all. Thanks for the help

If you don't know which software on your system may require any of these versions, I suggest you leave them all alone. These versions are small (most are less then 10MB) and They won''t cause any problem but if you uninstall any, you might make some software that requires them inoperable.
