    Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1 + Windows 8.1 Pro with WMC x86


    Yeah, I also have some crazy readings in Winsat and the WEI value is +1 higher than in Win 7.

    Even Microsofts own performance tools seem to be perplexed & befuddled by Windows 8.
