Hey guys,
Before i upgraded to 8.1, everything was working smoothly, now some AMD Services such as the Catalyst Control Center fails, stops working and will not restart.

Every now and then i get a Power Kernel Failure, stops and restarts, while its restarting it takes around 5 minutes before it actually does anything, looking at the logs, its not giving a specific service or program to the crash.
