Hello shariff9991,

I cannot specifically account for why that is happening but my first step would be to disable all unnecessary startup programs to see if that fixes your issue because there may be one with some sort of compatibility issue due to the update. Once done, if your startup speed returns to normal, start re-enabling the programs one at a time until your problem returns. Once the offending program has been identified, you can deal with that specific issue accordingly. Alternatively, you could also check your event viewer for error logs and work from there as well.

i had already did that from long back
but the start-up is not the problem becasue it only take few seconds to login
but those apps just don't feel like starting up

1 more thing
the start up impact was shown before the update high/medium/low

It might be better for you to tell us all that you have tried already so we don't waste any more time making suggestions that you have already tried. Good luck.

Try disabling them than and then enable them one by one to see which one is causing delay. Lots of them trying to start at the same time can make for a long delay. Some of them can wait for an update or confirmation and some could be checking system or defragmenting files etc.
