    Disk at 100% all the time

    hello, for some reason my disk usage is always at 100%, it never spikes its just a constant 100% and i think its hurting my performance, is there any way to lower this?

    Hello Joseph,

    One thing to check is to open Resource Monitor, and click on the Disk tab to help see what is using so much.
    It wouldn't hurt to also do a full scan of your system with an AV program like the free MalwareBytes Ant-Malware Free to help make sure it's clean.
