OK... I use Outlook from Windows Office. I can't find root USERS file to drag to my F drive. I'm just going to drag things I guess.

    Thanks for all the input.

Can someone leave me a link to Win 7 forum? I'll be using my laptop while my computer is being fixed and I have a problem with screen regular size and text so tiny I can't read it. Maybe they can help.

If you use that, you should exclude the Appdata folder. This can be pretty big and is of no real use for the backup.

Right click on the Desktop and choose Screen Resolution. You can also do that in the Control Panel in Display.

Once the window opens, go to Screen Resolution.

If you have a usb mouse to hook up to the laptop, hold the Ctrl key & roll the mouse wheel to change text size.
