Recently my computer went into a BSOD while I was AFK. When I came back and wanted to access Gigabyte OC_GURU overclocking software to monitor my GPU temperature, but I can't to open it. I tried looking all over the internet trying to find a solution. A lot of solutions ended up to access Admin Command Prompt, but I can't access it due to the error. I can't install any programs either. I am running Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit, upgraded from the Windows store. Is there anyway to fix the problem, or I have to re-install Windows 7 Home Premium, So I can upgrade to Windows 8 Pro then upgrade to Windows 8.1 via the Windows store.
