Newly Installed

I just installed window 8 and loving it so far. A few questions. How do I delete all the old programs from windows 7? I want top reload the ones I want. I want to have more disk space and clear up the hard drive. I want to get rid of all the programs I loaded on windows 7.

Also, how do you search for programs? The old task menu in od, windows had the search with accessories.

Aside from that all is great.

Hello Teak, and welcome to Eight Forums.

Luckily, you can uninstall programs the same way as in Windows 7 through Programs and Features.
The Apps screen will show you a list of all installed programs that you can open them from. It'll be easier to use than searching for them.

I'm not sure what you mean by go back to where you were. Do you mean how to go back after reading a PDF file?? If so, you can close the Reader app and go back to IE?
